i realized samsung is not very transparent with their delivery dates- its always estimates 2-3 working days or vague answers. Apple will commit to a date and deliver by the said date.

even for omnichannel experience, Apple does it better. i can order from the website / app and collect it from the store the same day.. Samsung doesn’t allow that.

not here to bash or anything but just sharing my experience as a customer who is using both brands.

I helped my sister order an S25 on instalment on the EPP store, the transaction went through FIUU and the phone has been received. But now Samsung has billed the total amount to her AMBank credit card instead of instalment. Contacted Samsung, they pushed to FIUU, FIUU pushed back to Samsung. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience on how to handle this situation and get the transaction back on instalment?
