Are you saying TNB supplied electricity to the same address with another meter under a different name, after they removed the meter that was under the tenant's name?(Note: They may not have physically removed the meter, but placed the meter serial under another subscriber name)
Because everyone says TNB will not supply electricity to the same location until previous bill is settled. See post after yours.
