No, but his house got 2-3 CCTV showing the side and front of the house, but it would be impossible to ask him to show us the CCTV footage of him threatening me ? That is assuming if he didn't already delete any footage of what happened earlier.

Other than his house's cctv, I only have my mum as my only witness, who was with me at the time.

dont think any action will be taken against him, if you do a poloce report, its just in case anything happens to you or your family, he will be 1st suspect.

So even if my mum as witness, or assuming I have any proof to prove that he threatened to cause harm to me, police also won't take any action ?

In Malaysia, threatening someone is a criminal offense and can be prosecuted under the **Penal Code (Act 574)**. The specific provisions that may apply include:

### 1. **Criminal Intimidation (Section 503)**
This section defines criminal intimidation as threatening someone with:

- Injury to their person, reputation, or property.
- Injury to someone they care about.
- The intent to cause alarm or compel them to do something they are not legally obligated to do or to refrain from doing something they are legally entitled to do.

**Punishment:**
- **Section 506**:
- For general criminal intimidation: Up to 2 years of imprisonment, a fine, or both.
- If the threat is to cause death or grievous hurt: Up to 7 years of imprisonment, a fine, or both.

---

### 2. **Extortion (Section 383)**
If threats are used to force someone to deliver property or valuable security, it may amount to extortion.

**Punishment:**
- **Section 384**: Imprisonment of up to 10 years, a fine, or whipping.

---

### 3. **Assault or Use of Criminal Force (Section 351)**
If the threat involves physical intimidation or actions suggesting imminent harm, it could be considered an assault.

**Punishment:**
- **Section 352**: Imprisonment of up to 3 months, a fine of up to RM1,000, or both.

---

### 4. **Defamation or Insults**
Threats that involve harm to reputation may fall under **Section 499** (defamation) or other related sections for insulting behavior.

---

My colleagues says he will be asked to go police station to assist in investigation
