Hello, serious question here. My neighbor is a very aggressive person, since day one his trying to make things difficult and causing trouble for us, it all first started when my town council came to do the outside drain of our house, which is not our compound, and they cracked a very tiny part of his outside compound, so he told us to fix it immediately in an aggressive manner, but we told him it's not our business as he should complain to town council, but he just insisted that we fix it for him, as he demands it, but that is a long past issue.

Today, I went over to check on my house as it's still under renovation, and the side fencing is a bit crooked and looking like it's going to topple down, and he told me to fix it and I said I will, I'll get my workers to fix it tomorrow, but again as per his usual character, he insists us to do it now, I told him no, we will do it tomorrow because it's not possible to get it fix now. So, he came walking swiftly at me, and threatening to cause harm to me, saying sentence like I will break your face, you prick or something along the lines, my mum is with me so she can be witness to it.

I'm thinking of making a police report, is this going to be any useful ? Will the police be doing anything against him ? Looking for serious advice, thanks.
