I want to purchase a spare phone, looking to buy either OnePlus 13 VS iQOO 13.

please provide your opinion based on:
1) how many years of Android updates and security patches from each device above?

2) which has a better battery life? i heard iQOO13 has a slightly bigger battery but a poorer battery life compared to OnePlus 13.

3) which phone UI or OS is better? any special features to be considered to take one over another? heard iQOO has a smoother UI than OnePlus 13.

4) any known bad issues with OnePlus 13 or iQOO 13? if you are OnePlus 12/iQOO12 users welcome to provide comment also.

5) any difference between coloros and oxygenos? which is better?

6) any other better choice at RM3k range?

OnePlus after Carl Pei left quality seems to improve alot, no more news about their midrange Fon battery kaboom.

As a camera user, I will choose OnePlus. Color OS 15 it's good. Not sure about Oxygen OS. Been eyeing the 256gb China ROM version price less than 3k in Shopee

but i see seller said will install google.
will the post-installed google be impacted in future updates?

Oppo, Vivo (iQOO), Realme and OnePlus are all from the same company, BBK Electronics

As such, both of those phones and UI are actually quite similar

My Oppo Find X6 Pro is China ROM can use UOB HSBC affin app. Even EPF app also can. Luno app also can. McDonald's can. KFC app can too.

sorry new to china rom, it is interesting to me now as i am planning to get one very soon direct from taobao
1) any issue on any app so far for malaysia usage???
2) heard china rom a lot of ads, is that any?
3) after OTA update new UI version, can impact to self install google?
4) contacts, whatsapp those app can backup to google cloud still?
5) will it get tax at custom if i order from taobao?

Wow lol, so many questions. I only know a few answers
1) so far so good, but some apps will open the Oppo store instead of Google play store when you tap on a link to find the app I wanted
2) no ads, both my Oppo realme Fons no ads 💯
3) no problem whatsoever, my Find X6 Pro just updated to Color OS 15 Android 15, all my apps from Play Store can still update
4) can, Fon contacts can sync with Google account, let's say you have 3 Fons using same Google account, all 3 Fons will be updated syncing once you add another contact. Whatsapp can sync backup & restore. Additional features of Color OS 15 is can backup WeChat into Oppo cloud called HeyTap. But I didn't fully tried the feature yet.
5) this I dunno cos all my China ROM Fons are from Shopee, the sellers already mark up the price before selling.

Does a China market phone lacking in certain MY 5G band prone to fail in connecting to local network?

I'm using Yes5g. The band support seems lesser than a Global market unit.

Hmmm I'm using Digi & hotlink both can get 5G on my Oppo realme Fons. I believe Yes 5G also can get since they are under DNB 5G same like Digi & hotlink. But to be sure you better chat with sellers
