Hi. Recently I was updated by condo management that lower floor toilet has water leaking problem from water input.

As I want to change the tiles as well might as well as renovate the whole toilet..

Whats the current market rate for full toilet renovation (all included piping, hacking, tiles, toilet bowl, sink + cabinet, water proofing)? Only exclude water heater.

Attached some photos of the actual unit done by them (same condo different unit) in which they quoted RM9k all in.
