 What vaccines do you take regularly?

Generally:
a) Yearly Influenza Vaccine (either Trivalent or Quadrivalent)
- regardless you are high risk occupation or not (ie: hospital etc..)
- as common exposures are from community (ie : crowded public transport, crowded malls etc.)
- reduces the severity of disease in the event contracting it.
- Do it to protect yourself + family + elderly parents and especially young children (ie Infants)

b) Pneumoccocal Vaccine (PCV13 or PPV23)
- generally protection against bacterial infections ie mainly pneumoccocal disease and few other organisms.
- for high risk individuals (ie : Immunocompromised, Chemotherapies, Malignancies) as well as susceptible to higher Respiratory ailments (ie : COAD, Bronchiectasis etc..)
- 5-yearly renewal
- for heatlhy adults - optional, up to you

c) COVID vaccination - additional boosters
- no need lah. give a pass. already herd immunity

d) Others/Misc:
- Thyphoid - if in F&B
- Hepatitis B - if in healthcare, bloodborne and bodily fluids exposure frequently, high risk promiscuity lifestyles etc..
- Hepatitis A - for food borne disease - not overly common here.save your money
- Meningococcal - Prevention mainly Meningitis. Required if for Hajj Pilgrimage

e) Dengue Vaccination (tetravalent)
- Malaysia's version is Qdenga
- Effective up to 4.5 years.
- Covers DEN1-4 serotypes
- Optional, up to you.

Take your pick.
Any Reputable Private Clinic/Hospitals will do
