Note that after the latest crackdown, they are checking if we are in the same country (Argentina). You would have to use a VPN and switch your Google Playstore region to Argentina on your phone along with a working card in order to join the family plan. I could help with that on my phone if you don't mind me having access to the account for about 5 minutes, I would remove it from my side afterwards and you could change your password after.

Yep still got 2 slots available, before this you could use something like BigPay or Wise to subscribe even on PC just by using a VPN.

Now you need to do it on phone and when you switch the region you have to enter a local card along with Argentina address . Surprisingly, my Public bank debit card works here while the other cards are blocked.

However when it comes to paying, the PBB card can't be used to pay and I successfully used BigPay card to pay.
