Not sure about the Bomba requirement. FYI In Duta Park Residence, the EV charging stations are at level 9.
my 5 year old condo says cannot install ev charger at own parking as there is no wiring built in. Then there is a risk of fire and they don't have plans to do so. Charging can only be done at level 2 with 2-3 chargers operating at 2kw...Extract from Bon Kiara website.
