Getting Started

|
Mourinho famously let go of KDB and Mo Salah who went on to be world class stars in other teams, while Luakaku was a decent striker at Everton
For Guardiola, he has sold Cole Palmer, Morgan Rogers, Michael Olise, Jason Sancho, Roy Delap

The 5 names under pep that you mentioned, their ability not even half of kdb and salah. It's a big insult to both of them by comparing them to the 5.

Sometimes not being able to give certain youth players the minutes in the starting eleven and selling them is not a mistake in the moment. An argument can be made those players might not have become who they were if they were kept at their previous clubs because it would hinder their development.
So I don't see this as a strike against both managers.

salah will never be the player he is today if he stayed at chelsea. he was shit in the chelsea shirt. most chelsea fans who watch him will know
kdb is wasted but mourinho won the league with oscar so really cant say much.
pep won the treble so i dont think you can say he wasted talents.. one bad season does not wipe off his achievements
