Can support the new Zoo. There are a couple of indoor karting, around town. While not experienced myself or my kids. But the one at sutera mall or another at Sunway Iskandar looks pretty clean.

Food wise let others recommend.

If got kids go Johor Zoo. But must go morning. Watch the feeding time. All animals will wake up. Otherwise they’ll nap nothing to see

Go to the new big book store Tsutaya at AEON Tebrau

- ZZ Sup Tulang Restaurant, Kampung Bahru, Johor (famous for gearbox sup)

- Kedai Makan Jadi Baru Botak in Tanjung Puteri (The one PMX eating with Agong the other day)

- Tunku Mahkota Ismail Youth Center Johor Bahru (near to Hutan bandar)

Also beware certain road close for no car zone day.

JB only Jam and nothing to do.

For JB town area
If you like tiramisu, can go try Brooos & Co by JWC. I only go eat their tiramisu. If go at night, it macam got booze
If you into Cafe, I recommend near town area, you can go D’ Cafe. Their fried brocolli and salmon purple rice not bad.
If you drink white coffee, can go GC Good Coffee - Pelangi. Me and wife go there at least once a week to drink coffee and kaya butter roti.
Btw, JB food not cheap ya. When go for cafe, sometime more Singaporean than local, and go early.

Oh, JB town area also got few 粿條仔 nice. Can google and see which taste you like.

For local food, slightly further, skudai got Kedai Masakan Itik Taika Huat or SinHaiCheng, duck meat, both good IMO.

Edit: Not recommend KSL, that place is so narrow. The vibe not good IMO.

I believe mainly for ur kid 1st day arrive u can go bring him to x park for go kart, 2nd day full day kat lego land, dry , wet and aquarium, last day check out only u head down town have a look see before heading back

Day 1

1. Head to Muar, but exit Tangkak. Can see Muar bridge, clock tower. Then eat breakfast at wai sik gai (jln. hj abu I think).. wantan mee, kopi, otak otak etc. If like otak2 can tapao from here

Lunch can head to Parit Jawa (Muar) for some Asam Pedas (cina melayu type both got) got fishing boat jetty with insta spot

2. Head to Tg.Piai national park, walk around the mangrove area, jetty and lastly the southern-most tip of Asia continent (if 'lucky' can play waterfall at entrance stairs due to high tide ) if got time can check if the boat ride still on or not.

If close to dinner time can head to either Kukup or Pontian for (relatively) cheap seafood. Can check Zu Qiu (Soccer) Seafood Corner if at Pontian, great sea view and breeze. Sip coconut water (some say beer too) here damn relaxing and soothing

3. After eat full full until mau terberak, can head to JB using the "new" route through the spanking new Pulai River Bridge. Drive selow and enjoy the mangrove, bridge, Tg. Bin power plant and Tg.Pelepas port view Remember drive slow slow coz the road can be very undulating due to mangrove area, if sai come out dont blame nobody OK

Halfway to hotel can enjoy view of banglos in the middle of island at Skudai river bridge



Day 2

dec 29 spend all day jam nse going to johor

dec 31 spend all day jam nse back to klang valley

bring sunscreen if go legoland cos no shelter n hot sun will beat down on u mercilessly

if possible give it a miss cos really nthing 1

mount austin there got 1 water theme park oso

JB oni food n shopping - ikea/toppen, aeon tebrau, paradigm mall etc

if u like seafood go to taman megah ria opposite from sembawang in sinkieland along the coast. Got quite a few open air kelong styled fresh seafood restaurants there

better go desaru (nearer - use e22 SDE) or tioman (farther - at mersing) 4 scuba diving/sea sports n go to outer islands like pulau aur where the sand is like flour
