depends on what ISP is available on your place
if you have TIME, TIME is always a better but definitely not Unifi

but if u don't have TIME, maintain maxis then

time to be fair is not exactly better nowadays.. i used to be unifi user and now i am using time...

i dun particularly find time better in anyway...except the upload speed is higher...

i use unifi and my brother uses TIME
my bro's place rarely heard him say down time at all and upload and download is the same

meanwhile my experience with unifi is really bad....their downtime is (quite often)

indeed time downtime is rare... i used for 1 year... only down once for about 1 to 2 hours...

but unifi my past experience also hardly down... at most once a year also...

so it is comparable i would say..

yes, time has equal upload and download speed for the lower end e.g. 200Mbps (same), 600Mbps (500Mbps)..
their upload is limited to 500Mbps only actually, even for 1Gbps plan the speed is also 500Mbps for upload..
so 200Mbps has highest CP value..

Wow really that bad service in your area. Got try report to MCMC?
I was on Unifi then switch to Digi, now using Maxis all under the same TM infra. Hardly any downtime except those instances that affect the whole lorong.

because their repair time is always inconsistent
sometimes the recovery time keep on extending


don't think reporting to MCMC will have any improvement because don't know the cause of it, most probably not their fault as well(maybe)
sometimes i don't even need to call TM...i will automatically received service affected msg but it didn't hit me though...it hit the area but not me
