At an IPO price of RM0.28/share, CBHB is valued at a trailing PER of 14x FY23 core EPS. We assign a target PER of 16x CY26 EPS, representing a 30% premium to its peers’ average 2-year forward PE of 12.4x. As a result, we have arrived at a fair value of RM0.48/share, offering investors a potential return of 71.4%. We consider the assigned PE multiple to be well-justified and reasonable, supported by CBHB’s above-average ROE, exceptional net margin, and strong exposure to the growing data centre industry. This ipo share is big but in totally different sector.Maybe one of the reason also for big allocation is to reduce number of people who get, so that less people get and less people sell, so maybe can reduce price drop to fast.
Look at 3ren ipo allocation is also big but can fly.
