Price Range : 300k
Area : Subang / Bukit Jalil / Shah Alam / Sri Kembangan or any recommend area will do
Either fully furnish or partially furnish or non

if it is 300k, nobody will advertise, coz they sapu already.

They might have chance also, so just try luck

Studio can be 350sf to 500sf

Can have parking or no parking

Can be 301k to 399k

Ur specs is wad specs?

Seri Kembangan /Equine Park confirm got alot , studio here around 250k for 450psf . Try Galleria Equine park / Galleria 2 Equine park or 2 condo from SG developer got sky bridge link to Aeon Equine Park > One Equine , hv studio around 270k

Actually there is no requirement for the time being as is my own stay so 350-500 is ok for me

Yes found one equine and make an appointment this Sunday.
Just would like to know there is another better choice from all the sifu here

plenty around kl/selangor with 350k range.

just do advanced search, filter, and you will find hundreds unit to choose from.

my advice will be if you are in your 30s, forget about getting a studio, you will end up yearning more space as you get older. so get a proper unit for yourself. studio is really suitable for bachelor for only a few years.
