This is adaptive m3u coding, I dont think it work on VLC.
It does work on ott mod version and is best work on oktv.

Adaptive coding m3u is very effective and seldom lagged at all

The url itslef may work in VLC but is collective with the adaptive coding the playlist may not work in VLC

Here is a free to air Singapore Channels
Which work on ott mod version and oktv app but i dont think it work in standard iptv player

bros, it does support epg, i am lazy to code the epg into the stream.

As many of the link are direclty pull from the providers i will have to spend lots of time doin so.

Maybe sometime in the future.

As for your playlist send me the link, i will how i can make it work on ott, I dont use kodi as i find it too heavy

Yes kodi is very heavy, require high end android box or mini pc to work. 

Talking about perfect, have you tried perfecttv? Actually i just wanna apply its playlist on Kodi thus this thread. But fail, it also fail to play on OTT yet it plays well on VLC.

Anyway perfecttv just nice on its own.

Anyway my ultimate goal is only Kodi, and not other player. becoz you can play your own high quality movie/tvseries via home theatre  + surround sound system from your own collection or torrrent. Music collection, Home CCTV, Games etc.

Now waiting for the next Kodi  update so my IPTV will be 100% functional together with its PVR feature just like astro.

Only that the perfecttv player unable to play mpd with clearkey directly like OTT.

The app will crash if you tried to play them, I guess, perfecttv run some git program in their server to convert any mpd link *.mpd with its clearkey to *.ts so its app able to play them immediately which is great.

Oh i love to have such program, do you know any?

Anyways back to the original thread, writing the header like this and create a separate m3u8 file, surprisingly OTT able to play. Still kodi fail to play
