It depends. I'm still using it, and it's easy to switch them around. And, I have been hearing from most that baby cot is useless because their LO end up sleeping on their bed. Mine was trained to sleep on cot since her birth, never expose her to sarung nor pacifier. The only thing she relies on is swaddle.

Nevertheless, it is better to keep the baby on cot rather than on the bed
