Okay so I pernah makan sushi oribe before, I actually enjoyed it and kinda wanna go back sample other seasons menu. but is a bit over your budget and probably fully booked? Last time we had to book over a month in advance, what more for Christmas dinner. The time I went almost every other table celebrating birthday lol. I especially enjoyed the sushi counter seats to interact with the chef.

Not looking for Omakase. I tried before adi and to me it's once in a lifetime thing..don't feel like going back again. I am looking for a japanese restaurant with normal food like sashimi, sushi, rice and noodle kind. Not into yakitori and izakaya tho but in ur list I tried #2 before.
