How much would you want to spend/budget? I recently bought one but doesn't include heart stress test (counted as add on, stress test), however they include cancer screenings and some other screenings as well, whopping 500 for promotion price

I'd strongly recommend IJN. Visit their website, make a booking for the package that you want. Bonus is they had a blood lab on premise. Meaning you get your blood test results the same day.

My colleague yesterday just mentioned he did his together with his wife at Johor Specialist for about RM500

Yeah very cheap. You need an appointment though. Can't just walk in. Imagine Singaporean also purposely make the trip to visit

You can just plan a holiday here and detour to Johor Specialist for a day

Heart stress go for cardiologist saja.

Diabetes just add on hbA1c usually RM30-RM33 only.
