Hi all,

It will be great if I could get some feedback for this development, Clouthaus since there isn't much mention about it.

Other than the price which we are aware of. What would be the pros and cons of this development? This is for long term investment of a relative.

Appreciate all the legends feedback 🙂

This kind of price and location is really as per the development name, for the clout, if really investment oriented, sub sales in that area has better deals provided one willing to spend their time to hunt

Yea, he understood on the premium being placed on the price itself. For him, the fact it's freehold and literally directly next to KLCC (50m) is what's attractive.

I have checked on the take-up rate. So far 70+% sold

U must be dreaming if u think it is 70%
Or u are agent or developer staff..

This kind of project, i think after VP handover will still have 70% left

Yea, you are right, I am an agent but at the same time it doesn't mean that I am out to sell everybody everything just to earn the commission.

Getting some feedback on this project is important too as a relative is looking at it.

And yes, the take up rate is exactly what I have mentioned hence I was even more curious on the "WHYs".

First time do property ah? So naive to believe this all time high project keluar sell with 70% sold? Biar betul? More like 69% developer sendiri main color block, 1% book sahaja.

The project do not suit to malaysian crowd at all.. is not for investment, is for those hyper rich to buy a piece of property in klcc and keep there and pay maintenance fee sahaja.

But too bad, we are not USA with unlimited printing power..

Buy already, need to do long term rental at a small pigeon hole at sky high pricing.. u think le nouvel opposite klcc got no condo let u rent meh.. big big size somemore..

And wad is more tiau is, developer sendiri also do hotel beside to smash kao you as investor who want to try renting your property.. hahaha..

All this color game developer punya pattern main main.. competition very stiff for super high end, because pavillion square also smashing this segment

Agree, those who buy here are more for "face", showing that they are of certain status. From investment POV, if can afford CloutHaus, can get few units Skyline Embassy with better ROI. Renting CloutHaus out may be difficult, but not impossible lah, also have ultra rich want to rent to stay one.
