Getting some feedback on this project is important too as a relative is looking at it.
And yes, the take up rate is exactly what I have mentioned hence I was even more curious on the "WHYs".
First time do property ah? So naive to believe this all time high project keluar sell with 70% sold? Biar betul? More like 69% developer sendiri main color block, 1% book sahaja.
The project do not suit to malaysian crowd at all.. is not for investment, is for those hyper rich to buy a piece of property in klcc and keep there and pay maintenance fee sahaja.
But too bad, we are not USA with unlimited printing power..
Buy already, need to do long term rental at a small pigeon hole at sky high pricing.. u think le nouvel opposite klcc got no condo let u rent meh.. big big size somemore..
And wad is more tiau is, developer sendiri also do hotel beside to smash kao you as investor who want to try renting your property.. hahaha..
All this color game developer punya pattern main main.. competition very stiff for super high end, because pavillion square also smashing this segment
