Dear all forumer, I had setup opnsense router using PPPOE username/password and vlanid 500 but it failed to get WAN IP Address. What is the problem?

How to troubleshoot it?

Thanks.

Have you check the MAC Address ?

Your ISP might have lockdown the MAC Address of the old router, happens to me too.

As you didn't said whether its Unifi, Maxis or TIME, so I assumed that your are using Maxis/TIME which they usually lockdown with MAC Address.

Also, some screenshot or log will helps too... cool2.gif
