OPNSense Router setup cannot get WAN IP Address

Dear all forumer, I had setup opnsense router using PPPOE username/password and vlanid 500 but it failed to get WAN IP Address. What is the problem?
How to troubleshoot it?

How to troubleshoot it? Thanks. Have you check the MAC Address ? Your ISP might have lockdown the MAC Address of the old router, happens to me too. As you didn't said whether its Unifi, Maxis or TIME, so I assumed that your are using Maxis/TIME which they usually lockdown with MAC Address. Also, some screenshot or log will helps too...
