Just a quick update, my brake pedal eventually sink to the bottom.. so I went to SC, they asked me to test drive with foreman. But their outcome is no brake fluid leak, and I can’t stimulate the brake pedal sinking problem. They need me to show them or the brake pedal sink when foreman test drive. Else, they need me to left the car there and they will drive everyday until it sinks.

In the mean time; they said the problem is intermittent so they can’t do much for me and asked me to continue drive.

I’m totally hopeless with my local proton service centre. One is 4s the another one is 3s
Both not able to solve the problem
I don’t think they wash my car.

And usually for car wash, it’s 7 minutes drive from my place. Not sure the brake is hot enough or not

I went to two SC currently. One 3S one is 4S and still can’t solve it
I went to two different SC.
the one cause the problem say left the car there for them to drive everyday until the problem pop out

Really regret and overlook at this important step. But sometime the car problem won’t be realised until we drive for at least a period of time and get the feel of it. Malaysia is so weak in lemon law and the period of us to report the problem should be at least 3-7 days. Even we buy stuff from Shopee or Lazada also is being covered, but buying 100k car is like playing with luck..
They refuse to do any further check as per SOP, no problem being shown on the spot = can’t check further. What a joke. They said they’re service 50-60 cars per day.

yes, either they do not have the required tool/computer/hardware to perform diagnose.

or

they have the tool/computer/hardware, but the foreman is not equipped with enough knowledge/experience to use it.

was there this september, rent a motorcycle in kk, and travel from kk > kudat > ranau > tenom > kk.
manage to meet up with some of my old friend during my trip , and heard stories bout maintain their car...

there's a reason why in sabah, most of the vehicle is Landcruiser or hilux/double cab.
you might have an easier time finding people fixing these vehicle than your x70...

i assume you go for the executive 4wd,
cuz holy shet, the road condition over there is really bad.

Recently I have contact with Geely Team from China about this case and after that they are very proactive and replaced a new set of rotor and brake pad to me immediately.

But unfortunately the vibration does not go away but my service centre sent a technical report to close my complain case. Since then, I didn't get any further assist from China/HQ team anymore.
