Have anyone experienced reverse cycle? How did you guys deal with it and get your little one back to a normal cycle?
Our baby sleeps in the morning, refuses to drink. On the other hand, she wakes up very frequent for feeding at night.
What can we do to get her to a normal cycle?
What you can try:
Increase daytime feeds – Offer more often, even if just snack feeds.
Bright days, dark nights – Keep lights on and noise during day naps, dark and quiet at night.
Wake for feeds during day – Gently wake if naps are too long (e.g. over 2 hours).
Dream feed before your bedtime – Might help stretch the first night sleep.
Be consistent – Routines help reset their internal clock.
