So today i finally got the TAC SMS from Hotlink.

Previously i checked that the Hotlink APP is

- not blocked of any notifications
- not blocked from accessing call, media, etc
- Reinstall App
- Restart phone

Still could not get the TAC sms.

So today i got a NEW spam SMS (credit card purchase fraud) and it was immediately sent to BLOCKED list. I got curios to what the message was and went to the blocked list to check it out.

LO BEHOLD!!! All the Maxis messages was put inside BLOCKED list managed by Google Account!!!

Just mark it NOT SPAM and try the TAC again. IT WORKS!

So now i know and everyone know how to solve if they have the same issue.

Oh? Means Google flag Maxis SMS as spam?

No. I accidentally marked it as spam in phone. I checked only Xiaomi contact blocked list but not Google account contact one. So there are 2 contact list in my phone.
