I need the advice from all of you ! Want to buy RM 200k - Rm300K new development house...The house will be finish on 2009.. Any ideal? Location Cheras, 2-sty Terrace/Link, Freehold |

Is Bandar Sungai Long a little too far to consider? Otherwise, u may wish to consider their newly launched Palmae Walk. It's within your price range and developer's quite ok. |

TS, try looking at prima saujana (kajang)....Bayu Idaman....should fit your budget....finish 2009.....nice design and build up......
Land area is 25x70 build up 2596 sqft (cant remember exactly but around that laaa) Freehold Developer Primaparamount sdn bhd Opposite Giant Hypermarket. Let me know as they have buyer introduce buyer scheme. |
