Screen top over bottom, How to fix this???

Hi, sorry if wrong section, but I am not sure if I should post this in hardware or software.

Ahh okay2..
I tried change cable just now and it still happens which means it the LCD laa... Argghhh  Anyway tq sifus sifus. Appreciate it so much. |
