Hi Chchyong89,

The USB to LAN converter is more expensive than PCI Network card.
USB to LAN is a good solution for old notebook without any LAN port or the build in LAN not working/faulty.

Thanks. .

Hi Ben,

PCI-E USB card: Data transfer rate go up to Max 800Mbps
PCI USB card: Data transfer rate go up to Max 480Mbps

As we all know PCI-E slot is the latest slot lane can be find easily for any new motherboard in the market. PCI-E slots deliver high speed/Bandwidth comparing with PCI, if you demanding for high speed or your motherboard ran out of PCI slots, PCI-E USB2.0 Card is a good option/alternative way for you to upgade the motherboard.

My opinion, within 2-3 years, PCI-E will be fully replace PCI..

Thanks..
