This part not sure.
I believe it's supported with HDMI 2.0 but GPU may have to work hard.

Any experience using 34 monitor (3440 x 1440 resolution ) with a built-in GPU ?

That miniPC only has +2 cores more than your current laptop. Both same CPU base & boost speeds. Both same gen CPU family.
If your not likely to utilise those 2 extra cores, your not gonna 'feel' any much difference from your lappie. If your ok with that, its not a bad HTPC
