It might not be related to you at all, your premise might have belonged to someone else previously.

Sometimes these collection companies buy bad debts from other companies in bulk for cheap and then try their luck to collect it themselves. The original owners of the debt have no incentive or interest to tell the collecting companies that the information is outdated.

Then it is best you check with TM directly and clear up any issue. Demand to know how someone had registered an account without your knowledge.

Perhaps it's a simple matter of wrong address or a typo.
