I had a live chat with TM live agent over the unifi.com.my and ask about my situation here.
The TM live agent had checked on the account number, name and IC number and confirmed there is really an account been opened on year 2020 with that name (Not my name) and with my unit address!
But then, per their record, it also showed that the person, Miss Ong had made a complaint to TM due to she denied the subscription with a police report. However, per TM procedure, TM will need a copy of IC of the unifi account owner but then, this Miss Ong did not update TM with a copy of her IC and TM was not able to provide further assistance since the document was incomplete for account closure.
So, for this situation, TM live agent said there is nothing needed to do on my side and any outstanding or blacklisting, TM will refer to the IC number of the unifi account owner. If in future, I want to open an unitfi account for my unit address, there will be no problem if port is available and my IC number is not blacklisted.
*** Case closed for me now ***
- Just curious that how come the unifi account owner did not update the TM with a copy of her IC to close the unit account and let the outstanding get accumulated till rm 1K...!!!
