Hi, I’m looking to get a first home within the vicinity of the places I frequent. I would say it’s within the circle of MK, KD, Bangsar south. Not really keen for the places beyond such as Subang, OKR or BSD.

Budget would be around rm700k (2-3 bedrooms for own stay). Not really where do I even start ! Any advice would be appreciated.

This budget can get decent condo in any of these areas including mk (depends which area of mk la). I'm assuming you are talking about subsales.

I know MK is super jam. So depends on how you commute daily. KD got 1 mrt line and bangsar south is near to kelana jaya line
