 why digi like this, just signed 3 years contract and regret

signed their ultra plan and paid for a device. figured had the device deliver to digishop and i pickup myself would be easier and safer for both side.

turn out it's nightmare. the device was delivered to shop 2 days later, shop staff was friendly and inform me to pick up, i visited again but cant collect my device because digi system didnot send me a 'pick up code'

me appear myself with my dna, fingerprint, ic etc cant collect my own stuff just because their system stuck or wont send an sms

waited a week still going no where while my device parcel probably tossed around in store.

called their support explain the problem, she just burst out laughter, u must tunggu your device deliver to store ya.

use their support live chat instead, 'sir u must wait patiently for your device"

the device is in store a week ago ready to pickup but tracking status is 'process'.

it seem will remain like this forever.

for those who using digi, will i face help or support like this for the next 3 years for all the simple problems?

After merger their customer service gone worst. Better stay with Maxis
