Loan: RM317,430
MRTA: RM1,309 (self finance)
CI premium: RM3,920 (self finance)

Rate: 3.8%(promo rate if bundled with CI premium)
(SBR+0.8%, SBR@3.00%)
Tenure : 35 Years

MRTA RM100k for 15 years
CI RM100k for 15 years

Bank told me i were to take MRTA without CI premium, interest rate would be 3.9%

Need sifu advice whether i should bundle with CI premium for promo rates or,
higher rate which will be cheaper overall in the long run?
