My water meter is still rolling when all the valves in my house is closed. Suspect internal pipe leaking. Water bill over rm100. Any recommendation for a good price plumber in Selangor?

Please provide price est if posting.

Just pull new external piping. Settle. No need hack and make it messy.

I'm now considering to DIY my external piping, because i understand where to connect the pipes from Syabas meter into my house.
I just need to hire some foreigners to do the heavy duty stuff (few drill holes, dig small trench outside and cement).
Get all those pipes from supplier for good price and install myself.

For sure cheaper. lol. But so far, just a theory, need them to confirm internal leakage first.

Why not try to pinpoint? Im sure inside the house also got a couple stopper. Try closing a different one each day and see which one stop the flow.

Yes, can look up a lot of these videos online. I watched this few years ago from China. Really glad they brought in this device and service locally

Ok. So here's how i checked.

i first closed all the valve inside my house. Meter still rolling.

I then switch my outdoor water filter to pass outlet, meaning no water into my house, just flushing out through outdoor filter, when outdoor filter is shut, meter doesn't roll anymore. It passes from syabas meter to my outdoor filter.

I'm not expert, but i think this should be the case of internal leakage. But still, i just want to double confirm.

Just route new external pipe, no need waste time and money to pinpoint and shits. You are not trying to determine liability like in the case of highrise interfloor water seepage. Even if you can pinpoint the source and fix that part alone, doesn't guarantee you won't encounter the same leakage elsewhere in the near future since the same pipes were laid together afterall.

All the valve? Did you mean all the outlet(tap) or stopper? There should be a stopper valve for each section aka bathroom, kitchen, upstair, upstair bathroom for example.

I relay the whole house to poly pipe and redo all the electrical wiring during my initial reno, dont trust the developer.

13+ year no problemo.
