I got issue about shopee
Ayam order ssd from tmt yesterday morning

Then at night, ayam see that item moar cheaper 20 % cheaper after discount. Fast delivery than i order the morning. Same shop tmt same item ssd.

when i check the tracking. tmt still not accepting my order.
So i cancel the order and make new order.

Then this morning i check tmt reject my cancellation n now i got 2 same item

So can help me if anyone got same issue

Return can. Refuse delivery can.

When receive the first order, just issue Change of Mind and return the item back to seller. DO NOT REMOVE THE SEAL

Like above said. Just click return/refund. Reason change of mind. Remember to tk video and picture when receive parcel and when send back

Shopee can return item mahh

Put both into pc now u have double storage

just return the whole thing after u received it..

1. Delivery usually just drop off and walk away, so have to mail back to seller?
2. If see delivery, can tell delivery to reject delivery?

No need so trouble, if the seller refuse your cancellation in the apps

then during delivery, you tell the dispatch boy return it. then will auto refund

Yesterday ayam sudah tick that ayam cancel because change/add voucher

Haha u worry wort. Relax. Doesn't matter if delivery just drop off. When u receive the item just click return/refund. Will generate bar code for return one. Just paste back on the parcel, choose ur pickup date, then don't worry. Shopee will refund to u

You can do reject delivery and it will be categorized as "Failed delivery" and return back to seller.
For Change of Mind return, you will have to drop off to the nearest drop off point as according to Shopee app's instruction.

Refuse accept, the delivery boy will keep it for u

yeah. sometimes i forgot to packing the stuff, then the courier arrived, i just ask my maid to pass to them also can wor. if u drop off, they need proper packaging iirc right?

I usually pack properly myself before hand over to the drop off point.

From your screenshot looks like seller already shipped out so obviously they cant accept cancellation lah.

Lucky u shopee easy now most categories can return with reason change of mind.

I saw the SSD you bought got the 15 Days Free Returns label, should able to proceed this.

iinm, after 1 hour of placing order you will needs seller approval to cancel the order. If less & seller have not yet print the order, then shopee will immediately cancel & refund within seconds.

Wah so good, I didn't realise they are so consumer friendly.

But not very good for sellers I guess.

This month 3rd case here about TMT

Weird. Shopee usually cancel my order immediately if seller didn't assign tracking no. yet.
And seller doesn't have any say in that.

all i can remember this nvme is all round slow...only maybe useful if you transfer big chunk of file. anyway yeah as long as you aware lol

the 2nd item u bought got chance will be cancelled. shopee had a bug few days ago where its cheaper than it should be and quite alot kena affected. go see nintendo switch fb group.

u return 1st item, later 2nd kena cancelled. habuk pon xde
