Shares to be issued/offered:

IPO in conjunction with the listing of Winstar on the ACE Market comprising:

(i) Public issue of 56,550,000 new ordinary shares in Winstar ("Shares") in the following manner:

14,500,000 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
15,950,000 new Shares made available for application by the eligible directors and employees of Winstar and its subsidiaries ("Group"), and persons who have contributed to the success of the Group; and
26,100,000 new Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors
(ii) Offer for sale of 17,400,000 existing Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors.

Aluminum has good demand in construction for the past 2-3 years.
Seems good for long term investment.
