Shares to be issued/offered:

IPO in conjunction with the transfer of the listing of TOPVISION from the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities comprising public issue of 54,220,000 new ordinary shares in TOPVISION ("Shares") in the following manner:

15,492,000 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
4,800,000 new Shares made available for application by the eligible directors and employees as well as persons who have contributed to the success of TOPVISION and its subsidiaries; and
33,928,000 new Shares by way of private placement to institutional and selected investors.

Net profit down alot from 22 to 23 and with alot of competitors what makes them stand out?
