Principal Activity:

Vanzo and its subsidiary ("Vanzo Group") is principally involved in the design, marketing and sale of air fragrance and fragrance-related products.

Shares to be issued/offered:

The IPO in conjunction with the listing of Vanzo on the ACE Market comprising:

(i) Public issue of 93,351,000 new ordinary shares in Vanzo (“Shares”) in the following manner:

23,338,000 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian public;
23,338,000 new Shares available for application by the eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of Vanzo Group; and
46,675,000 new Shares available by way of private placement to selected investors; and
(ii) Offer for sale of 46,675,000 existing Shares by way of private placement to selected investors.
