Hi folks,

just wanted to share my experience—I'd recommend avoiding the Dyson V12.

I've been dealing with an issue where it powers off intermittently. After looking it up online, I discovered this is a common problem with the V12.

Here’s an update on my situation: I sent my Dyson V12 to the Service Center in TTDI last Saturday.

Yesterday, I followed up with Dyson to ask when I could expect it back, and to my shock, they said 2025!

Seriously, for a product with such a premium price tag, this level of service is unacceptable. ranting.gif

Does anyone know where I can escalate this issue?

mahal

I didn't know it is so expensive for this brand. With this price, you can get a very good quality from other brands, such as Karcher.

Is it you power on the vacuum cleaner, it starts 1 seconds and turn itself off?

Should be the motor+circuit board issue. I bought 3rd party spare part and fix it myself for V10

If it is under warranty then better send to official repair store. Mine is out of warranty so I bought spare parts from Shopee, then search YouTube to see how to dismantle the thing
