the only advantage I can think is that S70 is a B+

May I ask you what motivated you to buy Proton?

The price is a few thousand cheaper than vios and honda.

Is it due to its 5 Ncaap ? or is it due to its B+ size ?

If you wonder why no AACP, just look at the way Potong works, just look at their co culture, see Glass Door comments. Nobody talking to each other, people slow to responds, everybody only jaga their own kain. With some exception of boot lickers who climb up. So from here, you can see they are not risk takers, go all out for their own product.
