Hey tekkaus, thank you so much.. Yeahh actually dealing with a seller from Shopee but the numbers he has in hand in shopee is a little hard to find 1 by 1 so he directed me to the website above.. I managed to find a number that I want so came here asking if it's normal if it is common practice for them to request non strike off IC...

Apparently it is a redONE number and the agent told me just a photocopy of IC will do and don't need to do thumbprint

I called redONE earlier this morning to double confirm but they also said both owners need to be present at their shop.. So no idea how it works at the moment

I have checked my digiapp and the phone number is under my name/IC now.. Haven't used it yet..
