nearby area also kena flooded at least twice I think

the roads in and out of this area quite small, neighbourhood also slightly less appealing compared to Bandar Kinrara side IMO. interesting choice of location ...

Anyone has inquired on this project? there seems to be 4 types of layouts based on their website. 3 layouts with 3 bedrooms, largest unit has 4 bedrooms.
