when you couple that with bad /poor law enforcement sure la got this kind of incident.

Saman tak bayar can renew road tax & Lesen sure la , they wont pay saman.

Also need make the law stricter.

That junction got right lane for turning into right junction and left lane for straight

But drivers always use right to go straight if no car

Maybe moto stop waiting for green light for right turn , but dash cam car cant see which lane is moto
