TS, I think it not all bad for you. You have years of experience and need some realignment. Only down point is too many job change but I would understand in the manufacturing industry is quite common.
Like some says, start emphasizing on processes, go into Leadership and work your way to management. Not a big fan of learning new skills for old dogs. people want you for your experiences.
