Hi, I would like to ask. Let say if I have a Master qualification. I applied for a job that required Degree as the highest qualification to apply. Is it okay for me to remove Master qualification on my resume? Same goes to people that have Degree, but they applied a job that required Diploma. Is it okay for them not to include Degree qualification on their resume? Thank you

QUOTE(gashout @ Nov 18 2024, 01:53 AM) Some companies are cautious not to hire you as you've exceeded their budget hiring with your additional qualifications You can say you don't mind but why are you selling yourself short? I'm want to apply different kind job that I'm doing right now. I don't mind taking a paycut a little bit. I'm totally burn out with the current job.

QUOTE(ltl170692 @ Nov 17 2024, 10:01 PM) It is dependent on the HR policy of the employer I guess....? I know one local bank the HR policy stated cannot hire candidates with Masters for degree-level openings (even if the candidate is fine with it) The HR staffs can always perform background checking even if you never include inside your resume Understood on the part of HR can perform background checking.. I guess I'll just put all of my qualifications.
