I have a 4G phone, with a Maxis Postpaid Line.
If I am not mistaken, any replacement SIM card obtained from a Maxis Service Center should be a 5G nano SIM card.
Can I use a 5G nano SIM card, in my 4G phone?
In other words, is the 5G nano SIM card backward compatible with my 4G phone?
I have no problem that my Maxis service is restricted to 4G.
Thank you.

It should work. Even the old SIMs are forward compatible. I'm using a decade old nano SIM and 5G works lol.

sadlyfalways, hightechgadgets8 and Epic_winner091,
Thank you for your confirmation.
Alright, I have no worries that my 4G phone is compatible with a 5G nano SIM card, from Maxis.
