shud implement and strict enforcement before renew driver lesen do drug tests every 6 months, before hire any driver must do rekod jenayah/saman check too. As for the lorry puspakon inspection also same, only authorised workshop can do repair and maintenance for lorry approved by jpj and puspakom. Scrutinized them the workshop and lorry owner with the driver
