Friend in AKPK getting credit card, Dark side of the bank?

AKPK is not bankruptcy I believe, just govt agency helping loan consolidation. If the bank views the individual having regularised back their income and is now considered a low default risk, they can go back to offer loans and credit cards as well. party liked this post
