PenangFON the best on Penang?, Moving to Sunny Ville for 6 months

At least Streamyx is so far very stable and reliable. Just used it for over little 1 month plus. When is up and running, everything was okay. When you have service outrage, you can do nothing but wait. On average, it down for 2 times/month (4 hours and above). as of this writing, the Internet is down more 10 hours for the day since 12PM until now and still counting. Email their customer service no response. The only thing you can expect an email from them was "service is up, kindly restart your router". Streamyx is way better. 2 times down over the course of 2 years. Well done. |
