Well, many ID company are basically just empty shell... sub to those wood company to manufacture and install. Happened to my mom as well but only few areas not done well. Basically if you got any idea to do, can even engage those wall cabinet installer to do. No need ID. Or just buy their design for few K and engage the installer yourself.
