The hotlink app was working before Deepavali. On Deepavali holiday, the Hotlink app cannot show anything on it except Refresh on the amount and internet section.

What i tried to rectify it.

- Restart phone
- Checked the notifications section
- Original permission is only notifications. But allowed everything just to try.
- Clear app data/ defaults
- Reinstall App

Still cannot get TAC since Deepavali.

Should i call Maxis support?

The app is down since last weekend. If you are on prepaid, be careful as a lot of people experience topup unsuccessful despite money already deduct from bank.

I am not topping up. I just wanna see data usage for the day.

Just try from time to time. sometimes can login sometimes cannot.

Hi, I didn't receive any TAC from Hotlink when trying to login, so how to top up and buy internet pass? Do I need to go maxis center to solve this issue? As I already uninstalled and clear Hotlink app data twice but still I didn't receive any TAC

I found the solution last month. I accidentally flagged the hotlink SMS number as spam. After unblock, then can get the TAC immediately.

Look in Spam & Blocked section in the Google Account In your Phone.

In My Xiaomi Note 12 phone, i go to messages. Then click on my Google Account icon on top right. Then can see Spam & Blocked.

Inside you should be able to see the TAC messages. Click on it. Then An option for you to click as Not spam will appear. Once it is done, the TAC SMS will be allowed in.
